A fantastic post, so helpful to break down how to do positive affirmations too so that the words resonate, and really interesting to hear the science behind them too. I usually try to bring in a kind voice when I'm in overwhelm or feel like I could have handled a situation better - I say things to myself like:

💛It's OK, you are OK

💛Slow down

💛You did your best

💛You are human

Those kind words can make a big difference in the moment x
