I'm Aleksandra Balazy-Knas—a CBT therapist and a mum of two. Quite a mouthful, right? Just call me Aleks. This space was born from my own post-partum journey, where I grappled with mental health challenges. I'm here to offer you a unique perspective on perinatal mental health, wearing the hats of both an "expert" and a "sufferer."

Motherhood, to me, feels like a sealed jar filled with expectations, societal pressures, and unspoken struggles. That's why I'm on a mission to unscrew these pressures, one turn at a time, unveiling the authenticity, vulnerability, and resilience within each of us.

This space is a genuine offering, born from my personal and professional journey with perinatal anxiety, depression, baby loss and birth trauma. It's a perfect match for you if you're seeking:
